What is Adni Employer Access?

Adni Employer Access allows organizations to white-label our marketplace to provide the essential gear and resources healthcare workers need to excel. These products and services include scrubs, sneakers, gadgets, continuing education, wellness courses, fitness classes, healthy foods, financial coaching, career advancement courses, professional organizations, and more.

How does Adni Employer Access differ from the public marketplace?

Adni Employer Access is funded by healthcare systems, travel nurse agencies, and membership-based organizations to support and retain clinicians. Adni Employer Access gives healthcare workers the essential support they need without paying out-of-pocket. The public marketplace offers a la carte purchasing only.

How do I manage products, inventory, orders, and fulfillment?

Manage all of this and more on the Adni website. Your brand is responsible for fulfilling all orders.


How long does it take for an order to process?

It takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and start the fulfillment process. Fulfillment takes less than 10 business days after processing.

How does fulfillment work for orders with items from multiple brands?

Your order will be fulfilled by each brand partner individually. Meaning, you will receive a separate package for each brand you order from. Some items may take longer to ship than others, but you'll receive updates along the way.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the United States usually takes 5-9 business days. For Canadian orders, shipping can take up to 7-14 business days, and on occasion may require additional customs fees. All shipping times depend on volume and are subject to delays outside of Adni's control.

Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping to the United States and Canada.

What carrier is used for shipping?

We work to get your package to you quickly, and packages shipped directly by us are carried via UPS or USPS/Canada Post. Packages shipped by our brand partners may use other carriers such as FedEx or DHL.

What if my package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Do you offer express shipping options?
